Fuelled by unwavering resilience and an unyielding "do it" attitude, she transformed adversity into triumph.
Arpana's fervour for fostering financial literacy and empowering small businesses is at the core of her mission. She is dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs with the tools to seize control of both business and personal finances. Her perspective on accounting transcends the mundane confines of routine paperwork; instead, she champions a proactive role in coaching
business owners toward enhanced practices.
In 2022 following her long overdue passion, Arpana introduced the Knowledge Assist

platform designed to educate and enlighten small businesses across critical aspects: Finances,
Sales and Marketing, Team Building, Technology and Systems, and Business Mindset.
The membership fees are generously donated to The Smith Family, ensuring underprivileged children receive the gift of education.

Heena's journey kicked off with a robust foundation as she embarked on a five-year tenure with the esteemed global professional services powerhouse, Ernst & Young (EY), honing her skills as an adept auditor. Expanding her horizons, she further enriched her experience at the multinational investment bank and financial services leader, Deutsche Bank, where she excelled as a Management Accountant.
Heena's collaborative approach involves closely engaging with small business owners, offering a keen analytical perspective on management accounts. Her adeptness in daily bookkeeping proves instrumental in their operational success. By translating numbers into insights, Heena empowers business owners to navigate the complex terrain of decisionmaking with precision and foresight.
Her mastery spans across accounting software platforms like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
